Aachar questions

Is your aachar really homemade?

Yes. It is made by hand in small batches in our FSSAI-licensed kitchen in Avantika 2, Ghaziabad, from Rekha’s family recipes — cut, sun-cured and matured the traditional way, not factory-made.

Which oil and preservatives do you use?

Our aachar is made in pure mustard oil with salt and our own spice mix. We add no artificial preservatives — the salt, spices and the oil layer on top preserve it naturally.

Which pickles do you have right now?

Right now: Aam ka Achaar (250 gm for ₹149, 500 gm for ₹279). The list changes with the season; the app always has the current range.

How is aachar delivered?

Book it in the Rekha’s Kitchen app and pick a date. We pack it in sealed jars at our kitchen and send it by courier; it usually reaches you in a few days. For bulk or gift orders, message us on WhatsApp.

How long does homemade aachar last?

Kept in a cool, dry place, closed tightly and served with a dry spoon, it keeps for many months. Refrigerate after opening for an even longer life.
