1. Introduction

Rekha's Kitchen (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or the Rekha’s Kitchen app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: name, phone number, email address, and your Google account’s basic profile if you sign in with Google.
• Delivery details: saved addresses, and your location when you choose to use it to set an address.
• Orders and payments: order history, party bookings, tiffin plans, wallet transactions, coupons and ratings. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we receive the payment status and reference, never your full card or bank details.
• Device information: a notification token so we can send order updates, plus app version and basic device details for troubleshooting.
• Messages: anything you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads our live menu from our own server. The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies.

3. How we use it

• To take, cook, deliver and support your orders, bookings and subscriptions;
• To send order updates and, if you allow, offers and news (you can turn these off in the app);
• To manage your wallet, refunds, coupons and loyalty rewards;
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

4. Who we share it with

• Our delivery riders — your name, phone number and delivery address, only for your order.
• Payment processor — Razorpay, to process payments and refunds.
• Service providers who run our systems for us, such as cloud hosting and push notifications, under confidentiality.
• Courier partners — name, phone and address for aachar shipments.
• Authorities — when required by law.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

5. Security and retention

We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe. We keep personal data while your account is active. Order, invoice and payment records are kept as long as the law requires (for example for tax), in a form that no longer identifies you once your account is deleted.

6. Your rights

• See and correct your details in the app (Profile);
• Turn off marketing notifications at any time;
• Delete your account and personal data — in the app under Profile › Delete my account, or by emailing contact@rekhaskitchen.in. See Delete My Data.

7. Third-party links

Our website links to sites such as Google Play, Zomato, Swiggy, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. Their own privacy policies apply there.

8. Children

Our services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
